made by momo first challenge!

Hey everyone! Made by momo is having her first challenge ever on her blog! I thought this would be the perfect oppertunity to do my first challenge submission... I used the create a critter cartridge for the first time this weekend and this is what I came up with...Isn't it so cute! i love it...the belt buckle I had to free hand because it was not part of the accesories but I thought it compleated the outfit...this card already has an owner and will be sent out when the challenge is over...(wink wink emma!) please leave a comment every one and thanks for taking a look at my blog!

Baby (Boy) Shower Cards/favor

So for the past couple of weeks I've been working on some baby shower invitations for my aunt in law...Her colors were baby blue, green and brown. I had to figure out how to incorporate all the colors with out going over board on one more than the other....I made a 5.5 X 7.25 card and I think it turned out super cute! the favor is a candle....

recipe:

• Ek success punch for brown border




• green scallop using gypsy wanderings(3x3)




• brown bear using sizzix stuffed animals on my cuddle bug




• baby blue ribbon




• "Its a baby shower" using wild card cartridge (phrases)




• pop dots to raise scallop so invite flap can tuck under
• baby blue circle using George basic shapes and ran through the cuddle bug using Swiss dots

So I got into crafting more after I had my daughter 3 yrs. ago and I went from working full time to 2days a week so that I can watch her...Now she sits next to me and stamps and crafts and pretends she s doing scrapbooking videos "hi scrappers today i'll be making this card..."to cute! I started making her party favors...here's some from her 1st bday (dora princess) and 2nd(mickey mouse clubhouse). Besides goodie bags for the kids I make a Christmas ornament or magnets for the adults as a thank you for coming(she was born in dec)....hope you guys like it!

Hey everyone this is my first post and I'm new to the blogging world...how do you add a button? decorations to your page?
Well I'm making this page to display what I enjoy doing the most...scrapbooking/card making! My hubby got me hooked when he bought me a cricut 3yrs go and last yr he got me a cuddlebug...now I want to win an expression from mypinkstamper.com and I don't know how to ad a button...ugghhh!
