MY NEPHEW'S 1ST BIRTHDAY!

today was a super craft fest! i was finishing up some decorations for my nephew gavin's birthday! he is having a cute owl birthday and mommy wanted some unique decorations....made a timeline banner and some cake topper decorations and as an added extra made him a birthday pin....hope they love it!

sorry have not posted for a couple of months but have been swamped! in dec it was my daughters 4th bday which entailed decorated frames, invitations, and a birthday cake!

jan brought a lot of cheesecake, cupcake, cookie orders in abundance! and in feb there was a cake order everyweekend and a cookie favor order too!some of the pictures i uploaded on my phone and posted on my facebook! thanks for visiting!

Momo's Tuesday challenge!!!

Yeah! its momo's Tuesday challenge today and I'm off of work and am able to participate! I have had this idea in my mind since the beginning of October and was finally able to make it! so for today's challenge we had to make anything besides a card...i think this count right ;) So I used my trusting mini monsters cartridge for the phrase and the little birdie...guess witches crash into more than trees...lol! enjoy and let me know what you think!

I bent his little hands in front so he's actually hugging it.... So I've been sick the past couple of days and was unable to go out for our family fun day Sunday...I've been seeing alot of stores bringing in the Christmas decor out already!!! Halloween hasn't even passed yet so i got inspired to make a chilly card (since that's what I've been feeling with this cold)that warms you up with a smile! Used alot of elements while making this pedestal card: my dear friend gypsy (hide contour and sizing),heat embossing(snowflakes on sentiment), cuttlebug embossing(snowflakes on background), my PKS stamps(critter faces Set A), tearing tech.(for the blue snow), white stitching and of course create a critter/everyday paper dolls(for the accessories). had some much fun! thanks for looking and please leave a comment!

Late throw back thursday w/ doodlecharms cart

Hey everyone last weeks throwback Thursday was spotlighting the doodle charms cart...It was my hunny's birthday so i never got a chance to cut my project but here it is! My friends son had his first day of preschool 2 wks ago and I immediately I thought of a school bus card! when the card is opened the little boy is on the inside and sorry because of the flash you cant see that its yellow glitter paper:)...let me know what you think.... this week the challenge is to use the new arrival but since I don't have that cart I am going to use my cricut sampler which is one of the first carts I received...please come by later to see that post...leave a comment! and of course become a follower! happy 4th!

may I just say cheese cake factory better watch out! my fresh strawberry cheesecake is to die for...my hubby said I make it hard to stay on a diet...hehe sorry but you are my taste tester...everything was home made and made from scratch from the graham cracker crust to the filling...yummy! just some eye candy for all my crafting friends...:) happy crafting!

THROW BACK THURS CHALLENGE#2

hey everyone there's a little less than 2 hrs to turn in Emma's challenge...if you don't have the cart she's was working with last Thursday you had to use a form of blue, brown, and red in your project.
